We talked to a mix of current and potential clients to dig into their experiences with legal websites. A lot of them shared the same frustration. Most sites felt too complex or intimidating. That insight helped us simplify the content, prioritize clarity, and make sure the experience felt more welcoming and professional at the same time.
We also did a deep dive into what other top firms were doing. While some had strong visuals, many lacked usability. Others had clear structures but felt cold and outdated. We took the best of both worlds (clean design and intuitive flow) and used that as a benchmark to guide our decisions for Gesstiona.
The site felt disconnected from the brand
Users couldn’t find what they needed
Legal services weren’t standing out
Outdated visuals hurt engagement
Tough to manage and update
Refreshed the brand visually
Simplified the navigation
Built stronger service pages
Boosted the visual experience
Made it manageable
We designed with corporate execs in mind. These are people who need clarity, trust, and quick answers (no fluff). They’re looking for expert support they can count on, and a site that respects their time.
We kept things simple. Services are easy to find, pages are clearly labeled, and nothing is buried. The goal was to help users land, scan, and get what they need without overthinking it.
Everything was mapped to feel natural. Whether someone wants to learn about the firm, explore services, or get in touch, the path feels smooth and straight to the point.
We sketched out the key pages early (Home, About, Services, and Contact) just to make sure the structure felt right before diving into visuals. This helped us test ideas quickly and focus on what really mattered.
The visual language is clean, modern, and grounded in trust. We used a blue and white palette, paired with simple typography and friendly UI elements that keep things clear and professional without feeling cold.
Once the structure and content were locked in, we brought everything to life through clean visuals and thoughtful interactions. Each screen was designed to feel simple, sharp, and genuinely useful across every device.

Built on WordPress
The site was set up so the team can update content, post on the blog, and make changes whenever they need without the help of a developer.
In just six months, the new site helped Gesstiona grow its audience, boost engagement, and attract more clients than expected. These numbers reflect a design that truly connected with the people it was built for.
“The new site really changed the game for us. It’s clean, easy to use, and clients have been saying great things. We’ve seen more people reaching out, and it’s clear the design is doing its job. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.”

This project was a great example of how much you can achieve with good collaboration and clear direction. We kept improving the design based on real feedback and made sure the experience felt smooth for users from the start. Building it on WordPress gave the team the freedom to manage things on their own without relying on developers. What I appreciated most was helping the firm go from a basic online presence to something that actually feels like them. Confident, approachable, and professional.
